We are delighted to announce that glyXera, together with our research partners at the University Medical Center Utrecht and Danone Nutricia Research in Utrecht published a new research article in the journal Molecular Nutrition & Food Research.

The publication, titled “Maternal Dietary Fiber Intake During Lactation and Human Milk Oligosaccharide Fucosylation: a PRIMA Birth Cohort Study,” explores the influence of maternal dietary fiber intake during lactation on the fucosylation of human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs). This comprehensive study on the PRIMA cohort provides pivotal insights into how maternal nutrition can impact the composition of HMOs in breast milk, with implications for infant health and development.

The article is published open access and can be read in full on the publication web page: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/mnfr.70165
