We are pleased to announce that glyXera has received a grant helping to broaden the applications of our patented high-performance glycoanalytics platform to complex sugars in functional foods. The grant is issued as part of the Innovation Assistant personnel funding program supported by the European Social Fund in cooperation with the state of Saxony-Anhalt.
Functional foods with tailor-made compositions of complex sugars are ubiquitous in the modern world – e.g. as part of infant, elderly or medical nutrition products. By establishing our high-performance, low-cost glycoanalytics solutions in this important field, glyXera strives to be the ideal partner for our customers, from assisting product research and development through production and quality control.
